Foods Revue and Demonstration Day
Each spring, the Green Lake County 4-H and Fair hold Foods Revue and Demonstration Day. The date for this year’s event is Saturday, April 14 at the Green Lake County Government Center, UW-EX Training Room (west wing, lower level) from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Schedules will be arranged accordingly for youth who would like to participate in both events. A mailing will be sent to all members enrolled in Foods & Nutrition and Cloverbuds. The Demonstration Day information can be found in the March/April 4-H Focus Newsletter or the links below.
These events are judged pre-Fair projects. Foods Revue exhibitors are responsible for an 11×14″ poster of their entry to include: menu, recipe, and photo of yourself and place setting. The poster should be brought to the Fair on Judging Day (Thursday, August 2). No premiums will be awarded to participants who do not submit a poster.
